Vice President of Human Resources

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to lead our HR function and drive organizational success. This leadership role requires a visionary professional who can develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and enhance talent management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development programs to build a high-performing workforce
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining best HR practices
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
- Manage HR budgets, policies, and vendor relationships effectively
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support organizational change and growth

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in finance or accounting sectors
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies
- Proven ability to lead and influence at the executive level
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision making
