Vice President of Finance

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to lead our finance department and drive strategic financial planning and analysis. This senior leadership role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management to support the company’s growth and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment activities
- Oversee compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and development
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and growth

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies
- Experience managing teams and working with executive leadership
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with financial software and ERP systems
