Stardom Employment Consultant is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to join a growing and dynamic organization. Position Overview

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
