Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in North Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate will manage department accounting operational tasks, and support month-end and year-end close processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
