Payroll Specialist

We’re recruiting a Payroll Specialist for our client in the food processing industry. This role supports high‑volume, hourly payroll in a fast‑paced production environment and requires strong accuracy and timekeeping expertise.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly/bi‑weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Review timecards, overtime, shift differentials, and incentive pay
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
• Coordinate with HR and plant supervisors to resolve timekeeping issues
• Process new hires, terminations, pay changes, and garnishments
• Assist with payroll reporting and year‑end tasks

🎯 Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience; food processing or manufacturing preferred
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping systems (ADP, Paycom, Kronos, etc.)
• Understanding of wage and hour laws and multi‑shift operations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
