Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and oversee all technical aspects of our company. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of software development, infrastructure, and emerging technologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and technology procurement
- Familiarity with data security standards and regulatory compliance requirements
