Chief Financial Officer (CFO)-contract 12 to 24 months

Stardom Employment Consultants is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of a dynamic organization in the Fresno area. The CFO will play a critical role in driving financial performance, managing risks, and supporting long-term growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead cash flow management, capital allocation, and investment activities
- Collaborate with executive leadership on business development and operational decisions
- Supervise finance team members and foster professional development
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective controls and policies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably as a CFO or senior finance executive
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and corporate finance principles
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and profitability
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally with executive leadership
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
