ROLE OVERVIEW
Stardom Employment Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Budget Analyst on behalf of our clients in the Fresno area. In this role, you will support organizational financial health by developing, monitoring, and analyzing budgets to guide smart business decisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, analyze, and maintain annual operating budgets and financial forecasts
Monitor budget performance and investigate variances between actual and projected figures
Collaborate with department managers to gather data and align budgets with organizational goals
Develop reports and presentations summarizing budget status for senior leadership
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes related to budgetary activity
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend adjustments to improve financial efficiency
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and applicable regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2 or more years of experience in budget analysis, financial planning, or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus
CPA or CIMA certification is a plus but not required
