We’re recruiting a Bookkeeper to support day‑to‑day accounting and project‑based financial tasks for a reputable construction company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys accuracy, job costing, and working closely with project managers.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping: AP, AR, and general ledger entries
• Maintain job cost coding and project financial records
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements
• Prepare progress billings and subcontractor payments
• Assist with month‑end reconciliations and reporting

🎯 Qualifications

• 2–4 years of bookkeeping experience; construction preferred
• Knowledge of job costing and progress billing
• Experience with construction accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
• Strong accuracy, organization, and communication skills
