Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our busy office and help ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing excellent communication and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, including booking rooms and arranging necessary materials
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and office supply management
- Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
