What You’ll Do
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain production and compliance records
- Support scheduling, timekeeping, and internal communication
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation
- Manage phones, emails, and front‑office coordination
- Assist with inventory tracking and general office support
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of administrative experience (manufacturing experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills
