What You’ll Do

  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain production and compliance records
  • Support scheduling, timekeeping, and internal communication
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation
  • Manage phones, emails, and front‑office coordination
  • Assist with inventory tracking and general office support

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative experience (manufacturing experience is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills
