Accounts Receivable Specialist

We’re partnering with a well‑established food manufacturing company in North Fresno to identify a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys structured accounting work, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable handling high‑volume transactions. You’ll be an important part of the receivables process, supporting daily operations in a fast‑paced production and distribution environment while working alongside a supportive, professional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create customer invoices and apply payments accurately
• Maintain customer accounts and aging reports
• Assist with light collections and billing follow‑ups
• Support month‑end AR reconciliations
• Resolve billing issues and communicate with customers and internal teams

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable experience (manufacturing or distribution preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
