Position Overview

The AR Specialist will oversee customer billing, collections, and account reconciliation while ensuring compliance with construction contract terms and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and submit progress billings and invoices
• Track project billing schedules and payment timelines
• Manage collections and follow up on outstanding accounts
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with project managers regarding billing status
• Maintain accurate AR records
• Assist with month-end reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Construction industry experience required
• Knowledge of progress billing and job costing preferred
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
