🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Generate and submit customer invoices for construction projects
• Post payments and maintain accurate customer account records
• Assist with light collections and follow‑up
• Support month‑end AR reconciliations
• Maintain organized AR files and documentation
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies

🎯 Qualifications

• 1–3 years of AR experience; construction or project‑based industry preferred
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Jonas, etc.)
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced environment
