Responsibilities

• Process invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform 3‑way matching, coding, and verification
• Assist with vendor communication and payment runs
• Reconcile statements and support month‑end close
• Research and resolve discrepancies with internal teams
• Maintain organized and compliant AP records

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts Payable or accounting support experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Solid communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience with accounting software and Excel
