Stardom Employment Consultants is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, issuing payments, maintaining vendor accounts, and supporting month-end close while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
• Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation
• Communicate with vendors regarding billing questions and payment status
• Assist with month-end close and accounts payable reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong understanding of invoice processing and vendor reconciliation
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
