Accounting Specialist

We are currently seeking an Accounting Specialist to support day‑to‑day accounting operations within a fast‑paced production environment. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented accounting professional with experience in manufacturing, inventory, and cost‑related accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Maintain and reconcile inventory and manufacturing-related accounts
• Assist with cost accounting and production expense tracking
• Prepare account reconciliations and support month-end close
• Collaborate with operations to resolve discrepancies and variances

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of inventory and cost accounting
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar)
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines in a production‑driven environment
