Position Overview

The Accounting Clerk will assist with day-to-day accounting functions including data entry, accounts payable/receivable support, and record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions
• Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized financial records
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
